Scope and Contents The John Brannon Correspondence collection (1982-1992, bulk 1982-1984) contains correspondence sent to John Brannon largely centered on his influential Detroit-based hardcore band Negative Approach, with additional materials relating to his subsequent post-punk outfit Laughing Hyenas. The correspondence encompasses fan mail, tour booking and merch distribution logistics, zine interviews and editorial requests, and personal correspondence.
