Pepper Manufacturing Records
Phoenix Linen Company Records
Includes accounts and statistics for spinning mill, weaving, and bleach house, plus weekly and monthly statements; a balance statement, inventory, and a report on finishing of linens. Also includes a report entitled, "Flax mills in Ontario and estimate of fibre for sale, 1916-17," and reports from Dun & Co. and National Credit Office on various linen companies and linen jobbers.

Receipts are from wholesale grocers, sellers of fancy goods, dry goods, fruit, etc. Also contains invoices for equipment for the mill, including bolts, nuts, spools and bobbins, loom harnesses, etc.
