Contains correspondence, 1909-1910, from R.B. Hawley to F.N. Graves & Company concerning Eastern European wool purchases. Also includes patent specifications and correspondence, 1936-1945, relating to the use of rayon and mercerized cotton cord to reinforce rubber products such as tires and belting; and correspondence, news clippings, etc., concerning foreign patent negotiations, 1915-1930, for yarn treating devices. Also includes undated essay on spinning.
