Kast outlines improprieties and mismanagement he perceives at company and provides reorganization plan. Also a letter from Belding denying Kast's allegations.

Biographical / Historical
The company, a silk manufacturer, had offices in New York City. It was formerly called Belding Bros. & Co.; this company was established in 1866 with a factory in Rockville, Connecticut. A second mill was added in Northampton, Massachusetts, in 1874, with additional facilities in Belding, Michigan, San Francisco and Montreal, and salesrooms and offices in New York City, Chicago and elsewhere.
