The folder includes the Leadership Skills Workshop material for the 1979 Summer School by Barbara M. Wetheimer, director of the Institute for Education and Research for Women and Work, NY State School of Industrial and Labor Relations. Barbara M. Wetheimer introduced the concept of early worker education, such as the Bryn Mawr summer schools for Women Workers of the 1920s and the Works Progress Administration worker education programs of the 1930s, to colleagues in the United Association for Labor Education (UCLEA).
