Contains proposals, correspondence, photographs, and advertising circulars for textile machinery, some of which are addressed to William M. Neumann. Correspondence is to both the Freehold and Statesboro sites. Includes information on a Whitin Machine Works floor creel (1963) with three photographs, and a proposal from Duesberg-Bosson of America, Jefferson (Holden), Mass. (1959), with a quote for their double rub tape condenser machine. Also includes a letter (1948) from Lester R. Parham, U.S. Penitentiary, Federal Prison Industries, Terre Haute, Ind., listing machinery from El Reno Woolen Mill, such as an H & F wool card and ring condenser (probably H & B/Howard & Bullough), a hand loom, mule spinning frame and shearer; includes 5 photographs of these machines. Also includes four advertising trade sheets for Apperly and Bramwell feeders for George S. Harwood & Son, Boston.
