Harrison (contractor who wishes to join the Municipal Housing Authority); the effects of the executive order "providing for the decrease in hours and the increase in rates in the cotton garment industry" on piece rate and time workers; "The legality of establishing a separate Economic Court to exercise final jurisdiction over social legislation passed by Congress - the decisions of such Court not to be reviewable by the Supreme Court." (4pp); the United States Employment Service applications, which demand workers state union or non-union status, possibly resulting in discrimination against union workers; no protection for employees who testify to violations of the Walsh-Healey Act.
