Discrimination by International Longshoremen's Association in Texas. Alleged discrimination against Blacks on Works Progress Administration projects and Public Works Administration projects; Memorandum listing Black political, educational, and social leaders to be invited to the ceremony dedicating the new Labor Department Building.
