Includes "The Truth About the IWW Prisoners" (1922) pamphlet published by the American Civil Liberties Union, "War-time Prosecutions and Mob Violence" (1918) published by the National Civil Liberties Bureau, and Vol. 4, No. I, Whole Number 37 of The Industrial Pioneer (May 1926) (includes article by Eugene Debs, "Woman and Childhood"). Also includes typewritten manuscript "Justice Triumphant" written by an anonymous author credited as "A Spectator." The manuscript discusses the Wheatland Hop riot and the subsequent trials of the hop pickers.
