Includes US Department of Labor correspondence about agricultural labor disputes in California and other western states. Also includes typewritten notes on the 12th Communist District Secretariat and a memo on the Pacific Coast Secretariat, which "following out the Communist Party plans for more intensive activity on the Pacific Coast [...] will have jurisdiction over all Communistic activity along the coastal states as well as Nevada, Arizona, Utah, and Idaho."
