Spragg, Dean of the University Council on Graduate Studies of the University of Rochester and a member of the evaluation team for the Seminary, regarding Spragg's report on graduate work at the Seminary. Konvitz agrees with Spragg's report, a copy of which is included (March 17, 1964).
