Biographical / Historical
The Cornell Institute for Public Affairs (CIPA) is a two year interdisciplinary Master of Public Administration program at Cornell University. It operates independent of any college or school at Cornell, but its degrees are granted by the Graduate School. Though a Masters in Public Administration has been offered at Cornell since 1946, the CIPA program was established as a stand alone entity in 1984.
