Louis Agassiz Fuertes drawings

The Louis Agassiz Fuertes papers, 1892-1954, 1892-1927 (bulk) #2662, contains an extensive collection of Fuertes' writings, photography, and artwork.

The Louis Agassiz Fuertes Ornithological Artwork database is a searchable database of 2500 ornithological illustrations by Fuertes. These illustrations have been drawn from Cornell's H.F. Johnson Museum, its Laboratory of Ornithology, as well as the Palmer Collection and the Fuertes papers at the Division of Rare and Manuscript Collections, Cornell University Library.

The Harriman Alaska Expedition Journal provides both a transcription and digitized copy of a personal journal kept by Fuertes during an 1899 scientific expedition along the Alaskan coast.
