Collection contains letters written by Marian Duschnes to her parents and grandparents during a her time as a student at Cornell University in the 1920s. Topics include discussions of orientation week (including the swim test in the Sage Pool and women's crew test), sorority rush, Sigma Delta Tau and other Jewish student organizatiosn, Greek life social events, daily life on campus, the opening of Willard Straight Hall (1925), and the Cornell infirmary (March of 1928). Duschnes' letters also discuss dating and relationships between faculty and students, sometimes in exchange for better grades.
