David Walsh was the Chief Financial Officer for Atlantic Philanthropies. As the CFO, Mr. Walsh was responsible for the foundation's investment and financial operations and reporting functions as well as providing finance-related support to Atlantic’s grantmaking. He also directed the budget and planning process, working with senior management to plan the allocation of Atlantic’s resources over its remaining life.
