Alan Ruby was the Senior Vice President for Atlantic's US and Asia Pacific programs, and was based at the New York office. In addition to his work for the Atlantic Philanthropies, Ruby has been an active in government, business, philanthropy, and education. Highlights include his tenure as director of the Human Development Sector for the World Bank’s East Asia and the Pacific region.
