Biographical / Historical
Opened in 1990 as Tara Consultants, the Dublin office was Atlantic's first office outside of the United States. Chuck Feeney recruited John Healy, the director general of the American Ireland Partnership, as Tara's first director. In 2001, Tara Consultants was renamed the Atlantic Philanthropies (Ireland), Limited. The office closed in 2018.
