Now in plastic sheet protectors. Heavily annotated by NCB. Page one is partly missing, including most of left-hand and some of second column. Page 6 is missing upper right Page 7 is missing upper left and lower right Page 8 is missing much of left-hand column. Some of these deficits can be made up by comparing with the original xerox copy. 8 pp. legal size, thermofax (?) copy, very brittle, torn.
