A copy of E.L. Palmer's Fieldbook of Natural History autographed by Palmer during a visit to a sixth-grade class at the VanHoesen Campus School during the 1963-1964 academic year. The book is also signed by members of the class. The book includes a guide to the stars that Palmer cut apart to be useful "in the field." The book was then placed in the VanHoesen Campus School library and the star chart was taped back onto the page at a later time.
