Maine Spinning Company Records
Collection includes correspondence mainly regarding stockholder, company's finances, and labor; a selection of financial statements; an insurance policy register, a sales ledger, and union organizing leaflets from the Textile Workers Union of America.
Manhattan Woolen Records
Records include certificate of incorporation, amendments and bylaws, 1903-1924; minutes of directors' meetings, 1916-1933; minutes of stockholders' meetings, 1924-1932; correspondence, 1915-1930; record of stock purchases and transfers, 1906-1932; and stock certificates and stubs, 1903-1932.
Maple Grove Woolen Mill Records
Records include ledger containing records of the mill, machinery, privilege, store, houses and 3 letter copy books kept by Dennison Walker with records of shipments from Westerly, Rhode Island to Converse, Stanton & Cullen, Worth St., New York City.
Margaret P. Welling and Anne P. Lehman Family Letters
The collection consists primarily of letters written by and to members of the Dillen family of Houlton, ME discussing life in a mill town.
